Shipping and delivery times
Orders are generally sent within 3 working days after receiving your payment via Day by Day. You will receive a tracking number from us that allows you to track your package online as soon as we have submitted your order to the driver.
Deliveries take place between 8 am and 5 pm. A signature is required to deliver the package. If you are not often at home, enter the address of a family member, neighborhood store or your work address. You can enter multiple addresses in your account. With each order you can select an appropriate delivery address. You can also hang a signed message on the doorbell for the driver. So you can give him or her permission to place the package at the back door or deliver it to the neighbors. Did the first episode fail? Then the driver comes back to you the next day. Then the package will be sent to us again and we will contact you for further instructions.
We will send you an email when your shipment has been transferred to the driver. Within Belgium, Luxembourg and part of the Netherlands you normally receive your order on the day following this email. For other countries within Europe the delivery can take 3 to 7 days.
From € 50 we ship for free in the Benelux. The transport costs vary per country and are displayed in your shopping basket. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We can not combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want more information about shipping rates or to know the amount from when we deliver free in your country. Is your country not in the list? Mail us for a quote and custom shipment.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to fragile items. Your order will be well protected before we send it. We use recyclable materials for this. Glass packaging is packaged in plastic bubble film.
Have you thought up or are you not satisfied with the delivery? Send us the product back within 7 calendar days. It is important that the product is in its original condition. Do not just return the product, but follow these steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, which products you wish to return, your telephone number and your full name, address and bank details. If you have paid via Paypal, for example, the money will also be refunded to your Paypal account.
- Then you send the product to: Riggio Cosmec bvba, Genk-Zuid, Kaarbaan 7, 3600 Genk (Belgium), together with a copy of the email you sent to us. This way we can link your return to your account and prepare the refund. Return the products to be exchanged in a sturdy shipping box. Keep a good record of the shipment.
- If you have paid shipping costs to us, these will also be refunded.
Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging, so that you can use it again to return the order!
Secure online payment
Payments are received by Mollie. We accept payments via Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard or by bank transfer. A payment by bank transfer takes longer. Your order will not be shipped until the correct amount has been transferred to our account.
